• Don't share your account. We know sharing is caring, but not in this case.

• You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it on our platform.
• Don't post anything illegal, offensive, or just plain mean. Be cool, folks.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. Don't make us play bad cop.

1. Influencer-Brand Relationships

• We're just the matchmaker. We're not responsible for any disputes between influencers and brands.
• All agreements between influencers and brands should be in writing. Pinky promises don't count.

1. Payments

• We process payments through secure third-party providers.
• We're not responsible for any payment issues between influencers and brands. (But we'll try to help if we can!)

1. Intellectual Property

• Our platform and its original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• Don't use our intellectual property without permission. If you ask nicely, we might say yes!

1. Limitation of Liability

• We provide our service "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
• We're not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. (That's a mouthful, isn't it?)

• We can terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason. (But we're not trigger-happy, promise!)
• You can terminate your account at any time. We'll be sad to see you go, though.
